Tulip Computers (Netherlands), owner of the brand name "Commodore" on about to sell games for the 6 millions of C64 computers still used in the world (for the emulators also???) and to prevent any other organizations to use the name "Commodore"! As seen on PCWord

But afaik, that doesn't mean, they would own rights to most games... |
