Tulip Computers (Netherlands), owner of the brand name "Commodore" on about to sell games for the 6 millions of C64 computers still used in the world (for the emulators also???) and to prevent any other organizations to use the name "Commodore"! As seen on PCWord

Seemed you missed the humor or rhetoricaliness of the question. It was meant to be silly of course you aren't going to scratch the name Commodore Amiga off of your Amiga case and of course Amiga Inc. isn't going to call their machine the Amiga AmigaOne. |
