Looking at sourceforge I see that the current version of UBoot is 0.4.0 (June 26 2003), that screenshot says 0.1.1 (according to sourceforge, 0.2.0 was released on 2002-12-17 10:49), so that ROM is over six months old. Maybe it was one of the first "earlybirds"? in any case, much newer versions of UBoot exist.
