In case you didn't know, the guys over at sourceforge doesn't support the AmigaOne, Hyperion do. So check which version _Hyperion_ are using before trying that one again.

I don't know the excact version, but there's a new firmware out now that supports using a Catweasel for keyboard (too bad there's no Linux support for that, though. Shouldn't be too hard to port that from amikeyb.c if anyone has too much free time :-)
