Aimonc, A Controltool for the Linuxbased Softwarerouter fli4l is ready.
Have a look at www.mobacomp.de (German, no Englisch Site, sorry)
With fli4l, one could build up his own Router, you just need an old 486er with Floppy Disk
and the fli4l Software. Have a look at www.fli4l.de
With Aimonc, you are able to control this Router, on/offline, reboot etc.

Sorry No English Pages available yet, but you should be able to find the stuff ;-)

Aimonc V 0.18 available : Comment 4 of 4 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Bladerunner on 20-Jul-2003 14:19 GMT | Ahhh, sorry the Newsposting is a bit confusing, I forgot the word "Amiga"
So Aimonc is of Course Amiga Software to control the Router itself.
So no it won`t work under Linux PPC (but the Java Imonc tool here: http://www.landshut.org/bnla01/members/Faustus/jimonc/index.html might work)
And it is usefull for all those (including me) who has a 486er based selfmade router
and want to control it with your Amiga.
BTW there also exists a Config package , which makes it able to build the needed floppy on
your hd floppy equiped Amiga or Amithlon (Pegasos with Catweazle untested)
just mail me if you want to test it.
BTW I am not the Author of Aimonc, but its Betatester, so dont ask him for the config package ;-) |
