New version of SystemPatch!
Link: http://digilander.libero.it/ziosante/index_eng.html
It's the best 68k speedup for os3.x.
The exec patches are faster than Os3.9bb2 and Piru Sintonen ones!
And the other ones (graphics, layers..) are just incredible..

New version of SystemPatch! : Comment 6 of 7 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Chain|Q on 19-Aug-2003 10:37 GMT | In reply to Comment 4 (Anonymous): I'm using SystemPatch on my A2000/ECS1MB/B2060/PIV system with P96. However, the new quicklayers library has some problems with P96, it still makes the system a lot faster. Esp. the speedup of solid window movement is noticeable when using lot of overlapping windows. The most annoying bug is that it locks up the system complettely with smartrefresh windows... :/ However this can be avoided by several MUI and other settings, and with some PowerWindows options.
I'm using it on my A1200/B1260 system too, and with really no problems. Solid window movement is possible at a reasonable speed on a 640x480/64 multiscan WB (using FScreen&FBlit&co too). Systempatch also replaces Blazewcp (it has Blazewcp's code inside) so you don't need it anymore if using Systempatch. |
