@Atheist2

> What will happen when Mr. Bill Buck tries to run a centerfold ad
> that states, "PegaSOS; Now running AOS4.0!!"

Probably the same that will happen when Amiga Inc try to run an advert saying MorphOS is pirated software. :/

It's an editorial decision, and I'm sure the editorial team have enough integrity to ensure they are not used in any way that could be seen as unethical. I'd say "don't worry about it until you have some reason to believe unethical advertising has been used".

> Also, any chance of having a cover CD? Any point to having one?

Purely a personal opinion, but I'd have to say "no point" at this time. There really isn't enough material to support a monthly CD, as I'm quite sure Neil Bothwick, who compiled the CDs for AmigActive, would testify.

> Also, many years ago, there was a magazine (.info) that PROUDLY TRUMPETED
> that it was entirely produced on Amigas (except for some ads).

Except for the adverts and the printing, so did(does) Total Amiga. Robert only switched to Amithlon when his Amiga hardware failed.

> With our new found power, to ME, it is unacceptatble that an Amiga
>(and derivatives) magazine be done with ANY OTHER computer!!!!!

Piffle.

Who cares? The most important thing is that the job is done properly with whatever the editor thinks are the right tools for the task and whatever he is comfortable with. If that's an Amiga based system fine, and if not that's equally fine.

"Best tool for the job". There can be no other criteria.

Incidentally, AFAIK the magazine will be put together using PageStream, as is the case with Total Amiga.
