11/12/2003 REQUEST by Defendant Amiga Inc for a delay in any decisions. (RS, ) (Entered: 11/18/2003)
Bill McEwen requests delay in the Thendic-Amiga trial (by personal letter on Amiga stationary with the Ravensdale PO Box address) - pro se.
We are in the process of locating new council (sic) for Amiga as well as finishing up our investment round so that we will be able to move foward with proper representation.
While I fully expect Amiga will have the funding and council (sic)
located before the requested extension......

Update --
It sort of worked. The Court accepted the letter like a "continuence" and will not rule until -at the earliest- next Tuesday, 25 November.
Note: we do not mean this in a "bad" way, but the speculation, the ignorance of the legal process and the factual issues involoved in this case leave us astonded at a number of the comments. It is clear that some of you are on the WrongPla.net!
--------------------
Thanks for the update - Judge Lasnik's court clerk told me at 1:45 AZ time on Fri that nothing had been filed - so I figured there were things happening "behind the scenes" so to speak. I am sure that there was a "judicial conference" on the motions.
And yes - there are some that have TOTAL ignorance of knowledge of the happenings and plant their thoughts on what SHOULD be happening.
In actually, the whole process is up to the judge and the filings can only be done in accordance with the law and that is the evience the juge can ONLY rule on.
We shall see what happens.
Thanks for the update. |
