11/12/2003 REQUEST by Defendant Amiga Inc for a delay in any decisions. (RS, ) (Entered: 11/18/2003)
Bill McEwen requests delay in the Thendic-Amiga trial (by personal letter on Amiga stationary with the Ravensdale PO Box address) - pro se.
We are in the process of locating new council (sic) for Amiga as well as finishing up our investment round so that we will be able to move foward with proper representation.
While I fully expect Amiga will have the funding and council (sic)
located before the requested extension......

True enough - if you don't want to look at idiotic postings, pick your colours and go to morphos-news.de or amigaworld.net. Either of those sites is a lot less anarchic than here (but some of us do like a bit of anarchy here and there :)
My color is GREEN! Since I have been scammed (with the SDK offer of a "free" OS4.0 by amiga in June of 2001 - I have billyboy's printed work on this) and Merlancia by paying them and not receiving the item - I now will pay another $100 or more in adition to the $107.50 already laid out. And yes - I have a A4000 PPC and will get OS 4.0 - and most likely will get a Pegasos also.
So no camp - I support BOTH sides. (Or will)
Damn, I'm agreeing with Rich. Sorry, have to go see my doctor, it's probably serious...
It is probably more serious than you think!;) You are getting to be more rational..... |
