According to Hans-Jörg Frieden, AmigaOS 4 SDK beta preview is to be released to Earlybird owners just before Christmas.
Reading some comments, it seems Amiga OS 4 beta is to be released, and it should include the final SDK.
Complete with autodocs, include files, compilers, binutils and some sample code, altough at the moment, without an IDE.

AmigaOS 4 SDK to be released to Earlybird owners : Comment 140 of 184 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Wayne Hunt on 25-Nov-2003 14:10 GMT | In reply to Comment 134 (Hans-Joerg Frieden): As has probably been noted 10 times or so, I apparently misunderstood the original press release. I certainly had no interest in reading three different links regarding the subject. What I saw above however says only that you intended to release a "beta SDK" and if that were the case, I'd stand by my original statements.
It's good -- if not surprising -- that you're finally going to release a beta of OS4 to people who bought the AmigaOne motherboard well over a year ago. I'm sure they're tired of running Linux. |
