According to Hans-Jörg Frieden, AmigaOS 4 SDK beta preview is to be released to Earlybird owners just before Christmas.
Reading some comments, it seems Amiga OS 4 beta is to be released, and it should include the final SDK.
Complete with autodocs, include files, compilers, binutils and some sample code, altough at the moment, without an IDE.

AmigaOS 4 SDK to be released to Earlybird owners : Comment 87 of 184 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Anonymous on 24-Nov-2003 14:15 GMT | In reply to Comment 86 (Stefan Burström): >If this is so, why havn't you started using Amithlon long time ago?
Funny question. Amithlon does not have the two major attractions of AROS: Amithlon does not come with the source code of the OS (it is just an emulator for a dead-end OS). Secondly, it is not free but fairly expensive commercial software. Discontinued, to make matters worse. If it was free, I might have used it instead of UAE for running OS3 but still would have abstained from porting my software to a dead-end platform. |
