ORDER CONTINUING 31 Plaintiffs' MOTION for Summary Judgment by Judge Robert S. Lasnik. Defendant's request for an extension of time to respond to plaintiff's motion is granted in part.

Thank you Neko, for revealing Genesi's plans on what to do after the Amiga IP fire-sale. We already guessed as much, Bill doesn't want to kill Eyetech or Hyperion as such, just get them out of the picture as far as selling Amiga stuff. Amiga Inc *has* to die though, what else are they going to sell? Your boss has behaved like monopolist since day 1, I wouldn't be surprised if he had an autographed picture of Bill Gates in his office. |
