Sadly it's only in german, but very interesting. I can only hope we don't have to draw conclusions out of this for OS4 development. :-(

not really. most of his gripes seem to stem from the publishing house
(ie those who make the packaging and do the distributing) and
from real inadequecies and weaknesses of MacOS (especially X)
