Today a so-called Amiga site which was supposed to allow freedom of speech has now become a exposed heavily censored website, webmasters acting like children insulting members of the site just because they stand up and say what they think.
I feel betrayed.

Freedom of speech is no more on a popular Amiga site. : Comment 90 of 238 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Christian Kemp on 03-Feb-2004 21:59 GMT | It seems someone is trying to post comments with the intent of creating trouble, and formulating them in a way to call moderators on ANN racist in case we remove them for what they are - flamebait, and very possibly impersonations.
Clearly, the problem with moderation is rarely the moderators (although there are exceptions), but a handful of posters that seem to derive some pleasure from making other people's lifes harder, and/or putting people in a situation where they might make a well-intentioned decision they might regret later. |
