You need the extra cells for drawing your conclusion, or, in lack thereof, first hand testimonies.
Christian Kemp, he's one of the people who got burned by BBRV, and there are others, that's all i'm willing to say on this matter, but Christian did make his story public

I may attending one in case of problems, if I'd believe my senses or my ability to introspection were harmed. For anything else, it is evenly valid to guess Freud was wrong, or right, or both. It makes no difference.
