I can't think of any reason why i would trust BBRV, and i doubt you can give me anything solid neighter, i don't trust him (or McEwen & co).
Besides, we're not just talking about the trademarks here, but about them having access to AOS4's sources, they can't, they're mine! All Mine i tell you! :)
As for Hyperion being reasonable, yea, they are, question for me is, is BBRV?
