Itec might have owned AmigaOS, but Amiga Inc. were in possession of it at the time.
Ah well, it is up to the courts to decide, not us. Anyway, didn't Thendic/Genesi motion in November (passed in January) to get Amiga Inc's depositions thrown out for lack of representation, and then get a default judgement? Would that affect the whole issue in any way? Heh, maybe even if it was illegal behaviour, it is a moot point now, lol. |
