I am currently being threatened by my former employer (they are "compelled [to] take action against [me]") for the way I am running ANN, and how this allegedly violates my employment contract with them ("interfere _in any manner_ with any business relationship between the Company and any of its customers or business partners"). This might entail drastic changes to the relative freedom of speech ANN has always allowed its visitors, or ANN might close down altogether. Updated 10:00 CET.

They counted on beeing able to do that at the time they engaged >Christian, but they failed to communicate their disability to do so in time. >That is bad. No excuses.
the inability to communicate with their employees is the very HEART of the issue. you NEVER just Hope that there will be money and then send out checks. (which then Bounce as high as the moon).
the correct way to handle this is to Tell your employees that money is Not Yet Available and when it IS, they will be notified.
> and it was do to circustances beyond their control.
They ARE in control of how they treat people.
Employees Must be treated with Respect. Period. hoping they won't get mad because money is late is stupid. Tell them the truth and treat them like Adults. They will understand.
Treat them like 2 year olds and watch them get pissed.
