As no-one seems to have noticed it here I'll say it. First AmigaOne owners seem to have recieved OS4 Pre-Release CD. Just look at this thread in AmigaWorld.net:

Where's our downloadable 4.0 NDK???

The job should have been given to H&P, at least THEY make their NDKs freely available for download.

Why should Hyperion not do likewise? How do they expect interested developers to evaluate and learn the system? How do they expect to have a reasonable amount of applications available by the time of the official launch?

Apparently some of the info is useful for 3.9 development too. Hyperion have shown a total disrespect for Amiga developers.
