Well, IBrowse has always run fast and stable on my A1. About the same speed as my A4000/060/Voodoo, even back when I was using pre-release level OS4 (it has come on in leaps and bounds since then). Also, refresh isn't all that slow on my system, don't know why you found it "very slow".
Anyway, the pre-release of OS4 is simply supposed to be "enough" of OS4 for you to start developing OS4 native apps. When you get some of the updates that are already working, you'll see a marked improvement. |
