Come and See Hollywood! : Comment 8 of 8 | ANN.lu |

As both Mick and Darth have said you are talking twaddle. SEAL and Total Amiga does NOT take sides.
I myself am a long-standing SEAL member (and committee member) and I own and run a Pegasos/MorphOS, and if you had bothered to read Total Amiga you would see that i write at least one article for each edition, and a lot of those are Pegasos based - or platform independant.
For example, this very edition has a tutorial by me for MPlayer. Now, I have written this ON a Pegasos, using the Pegasos version of MPlayer, *BUT* it is a generic tutorial. If MPlayer is ported to OS4 then this tutorial will also aply to that.
We also have a Pegasos II review by Paul Rezendes (I have only a pI). Thanks Paul. Good work m8.
And as par for the course, whenever Rob or Mick write a review of a program that works on both OS4 and MOS they provide me with a temporary copy for me to test on MorphOS so that I can give them feedback on if/how well it works on MOS.
So kindly get your head out of the sand, actually pay attention and stop spouting rubbish without knowing what your on about.
Thanks ;-)
BTW - It is true that "certain" members of the group hold no love for certain MOS owners/bigwigs (bbrv in other words), but that is a purely personal thing, based on interactions with those people and NOT supposition or idle "we hate you cause your mos developers" crap. It does not stop them appreciating the system or talking about it or having items in the mag/computers in the group to do with MOS.
Why not pop along to a seal meeting WITH your system and show it off. hell, let me know in advance and I'll bring My system along too.
Bifford. |
