The thing was that Bill Buck was counting his chickens before they hatched. He was spreading around cr@p about how 'now that he had' Amiga OS he was willing to let Hyperion do this or that. Anyway, as always he was full of cr2p. I'm to lazy to go looking for posts. There are plenty of people Blue and Red that know what he was doing and know he was indeed saying and acting like AmigaOS 4.0 was his at that point.
The thing is he knows damn well that the contract he signed is for AMIGA DE only. But he manipultes WHOM and WHATEVER he can to try to get a hold of Amiga OS.
The thing is he says Amiga DE wasn't ported to the PEG, but infact he obviously knows that HE has never provided the Hardware to Amiga INC.
Regardless of if Amiga INC. could port Amiga DE to the PEG, the fact is that HE knows DAMN well that it is impossible to if he doesn't even give them the hardware to port it to. So how the H#ll can he be so pompus enough to even start a law suit?
And as for me... I'm just someone that is amazed at how people still listen to Bill Buck. It really is strange that people don't laugh at anything he says anymore. |
