It's all warez, no matter how old (well, lifetime+75 years), unless the companies release it themselves, in which case it's freeware. People should spend their time trying to get laws to reflect reality, instead of messing around with stuff like this....CAPS hasn't been busted because collecting is legal, but distributing without permission is not.
