An internal AmigaOS4 native release has been made of AWeb3.5 APL Beta. It doesn't work too well yet, but good speed has been reported.

AWeb progress : Comment 14 of 18 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Fabio Alemagna on 21-Sep-2004 19:36 GMT | In reply to Comment 12 (AmigaOS40): > Older version of make reports infinity looping some where in the make script,
It requires make 3.80, theoretically, which is the latest make release, however due to some bugs in that release, you need at least make 3.81, which is found in Make's CVS.
For your convenience, the binaries are put on AWeb's web page as well, and Andy compiled a version for AOS4 without too many problems.

The fancy stuff is what makes this system unique and useful at all. I don't think it's a wise idea to make it worse just because someone is too lazy to use the right tool for it :-) As said, download the binary from the AWeb page, or the sources from the Make CVS. |
