Apple don't have a monopoly.
They have MONEY. Enough to buy all the PowerPC's they want and design bespoke
cases and elephant-feet-sized copper heatsinks with gel-cooling and a $150
fan controller.
It doesn't mean that someone else can't come along and do the same, it just
means nobody has :D
