Few would dispute that, although it does seem to be getting nearer to working properly. However, you claimed as a "fact" that "there are DMA problems with the Amiga One hardware," which is a more narrow and specific claim and not at all certain.
The problems may be wholly or partly with the software, including the initialisation of the VIA chip. Nobody knows until they are all fixed. Until then, statements about "facts" are premature.
(We are talking about the AmigaOnes sold so far, I take it, not about the forthcoming models.)
