The most recent Executive Update at amiga.com seems to have been updated. I'm not sure about what is different, but I seem to recall that in the first version the Amiga Advisory Council was not mentioned. Did anybody notice other differences between the two versions?

I think the last update was dated February 3, 2000. It appears that
way at the web page that has all of their departments, but when you
read the actual update on the webpage it is dated February 4, 2000.
The content appears about the same, and the mention of the AAC, as
I remember does seem not to have been in the first update on Feb 3, 2000.
Whatever, its a breath of fresh air, now that we are seeming to
get monthly updates, and Fleecy is supposed to be getting
monthly interviews with Harv Laser at Amigazone (for paid subscribers only)
Oh, well,,,,it still beats "stealth" Gateway.....time will tell...

So what this update says, in a nutshell, is that the guys that bought the rotting corpse of Amiga have no idea how what is left of the present company (which seems to consist of a handfull of people making appearances at shows) operates, or if anything is happening at all and have no plans or even a clue what they are going to do with this rotting corpse. This is evident from comments to the effect of "we are looking over suggestions people are sending us".
They have no staff, no money, no product, no developers, no clue nothing.
It all boils down to what I and every other Amiga lover has to finally come to face: the Amiga is well and truly DEAD. Gone, flatlined, deceased, RIP.

Oh boy... here comes another croaker... /:(
Most of my pals Amigans share the opinion that Bill/Fleecy's ownership of Amiga gives us the last and THE BEST chance to recover.
Times weren't better since the bankcruptcy of Commodore. We know one strategic partner which is supported by Motorola and Sony, a second one is to be announced soon. We get regular information on progress. Amiga is led by enthusiasts now, which is easily seen from such tiny changes to executive updates; a routine comp giants simply wouldn't bother with such a thing.
Companies start to get back for Amiga, many PPC&gfxBoard titles are being published/announced, so whats the deal then?

I would love for someone to prove me wrong or give some information that would refute my opinion.
