Report+ is a freeware GadTools-based forms utility with three distinct functions: 1. It is an enhanced, reverse-engineered, 100% byte-compatible replacement for the official Commodore bug reporting tool (40.2). 2. It can generate Aminet-style readmes. 3. It can administer the Amiga Certified Software Engineer test.

Imho this tool should fail the Amiga Certified Software Engineer test,
since it doesn't work on RTG systems. Eurgh!

Wow, you get a screen? I just get a little square icon (presumably
for 3.5), click it and get told it can't open gadtools.library if
I remember rightly (ie gadtools.library that's IN ROM!). Oh dear.
And the certification; not genuine AFAIK? Not with coding like that...
