POP and SMTP are good but there is already a lot of these and we are still missing IMAP e-mail.
It is so good to interface with Internet e-mail and today I am not aware of anything like this on the Amiga. I am not even sure we can do that with the new OS3.5 e-mail lib

How many ISP's offer IMAP email to their customers anyhow? To read IMAP email you need to be online the entire time you're reading/replying to email. You might as well use hotmail if you're going to do that.

IMAP email clients would be great for those that have cablemodem based Amiga systems. Twood be an awesome sort though.

Well... I would say that every ISP in Sweden uses IMAP (and POP3).

Why would having a cable modem make using IMAP any bettter? The whole concept of IMAP seems like a waste of bandwidth to me, unless IMAP is used in a non-internet environment.
