People in comp.sys.amiga.misc noticed that Issue 1 of Amiga World contains a document that isn't linked to from the contents page. Entitled, "Amiga's Support Program", it includes a detailed description of Amiga's developer support program and network.

How on earth do you "notice" something like that?
There must be someone on the inside passing out these URLS? (sinister grin)

Amiga's Developer Support Program : Comment 9 of 15ANN.lu

I am not sure about this, but it might be an explanation...
When the Amiga2K show reports surfaced, I mentioned one or two
issues with the developer support system to Carsten Schröder
(AAC member), who passed it to the AAC mailinglist. He replied
that Bill etc. were actually reevaluating the developer support
system. Probably the mentioned page was how they originally
wanted to do it. Perhaps they left it out because they are not
yet sure about it, and somehow the file made it online together
with the rest unnoticed.
Perhaps. I don´t know for sure.

In reply to Comment 9 (Martin Baute):
Feedback from Amiga Inc. staff indicates that this
is indeed a preliminary draft and by no means the final
word on the development support program.

In reply to Comment 12 (Carsten Schroeder):
Ok. Right. Good. Fair. When are we supposed to know something real about this? Since the primary issue here is developing for the new Amiga, I guess developers should come first.
All the best
P.S. The four words at the beginning were meant seroiusly, no pun intended.

Searching through the Amiga website I found even more old pages that haven't been purged. Try http://www.amiga.com/corporate/111598-qnx.shtml for some memories.
