Seems like Linux is getting into the same problem with their tradeshows that the Amiga has been in in the last few years.. too many shows, badly managed, and not enough companies or attendees to make them worthwhile. Check out the /. article http://slashdot.org/features/00/06/30/151245.shtml

HA!!!
If you think Amiga shows are badly managed and poorly attended
you should try going to some of the shows that are limited only
to windoz (there are very few of them 'cause nobody is interested).
Or try going to clubs for windoz platform. Most of them have
almost no activity at all. Most windoz users are unimagionative
and uninteresting and windoz developers are in it strictly for
the money and care niether for the platform nor the users.
I have met in my life only two windoze enthuisiasts worthy of
the name, and they were very open minded. Both are presently
Linux users and both are interested in the what Amiga is
presently developing.
