Matrox and Amiga on Tech Extreme : Comment 4 of 6 | ANN.lu |
Posted by lee jones on 02-Aug-2000 22:00 GMT | Pity it's only for games. Matrox's real strength
is in video capture, not neccecarily 3d. Shame we
couldn't have something like full screen 25fps
video capture on any new amiga......

Matrox and Amiga on Tech Extreme : Comment 6 of 6 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Cartman on 03-Aug-2000 22:00 GMT | The 3D on the G200 wasn't all that, but the 3D on the G400 is perfectly allright. It beats Voodoo3 and TNT, perhaps not TNT2 (not in frame rate, but maybe picture quality). I've had the chance to play around a bit with it (the G400) and I really can't find anything negative to say about it. |
