I had to pass this one on to my old Linux user group! :)
They all swear by Redhat, and make phun of me cause I support a dead OS!

Note that, the product is HOSTED in the RedHat Marketplace, but
exactly like the products from IBM, VMWare etc, you are actually
redirected to the manufacturer site to perform the order and payment.
Presence in the RedHat Marketplace does not imply a specific
partnership or endorsement from either party, except from the fact
that the product RUNS on RedHat linux.

It doesn't seem to me that anybody ever suggested the existence
of "a specific partnership or endorsement". So what's your point?

The point was to mark the distinction from "the product being SOLD in
RedHat's online shop" and "the product is mentioned in RedHat
marketplace pages". Regarding the "specific partnerships and
endosements" explicitly announced by Amiga Inc nothing seem to show
either: still no mention on Corel, SUN or Matrox official web pages...

"Now with Red Hat, Amiga answers the call for an easy to use
consumer layer for Linux."
Ehm?

Taking another look at the page, I see you are correct. I apologize for the misleading wording of the news piece.

It's not your fault: If you read the Amiga Inc page you can EASYLY be
mislead as the page implies explicitly a cooperation between Amiga and
RedHat...

In reply to Comment 7 (Chris Roccati):
And a cooperation there is. This has been confirmed by Gary Peake
on the AmiOpen mailing list: they have an agreement, Red Hat makes
money for each SDK that is sold through their web site.
