On 18:00 of that specific day, within three seconds, they plan to roll out Dev Box programs, ship the New Amiga SDK and open the Amiga Support Network. This has nothing to do with time travelling ! In fact, they're using the same method as in George Orwell's "1984" : The Double Thinking. You MUST admit that this happened in 1969, atlhough you know it's wrong.
Big Brother is watching ! And everything you know is wrong...

I think these are timestamps 0, 1, 2 and 3, converted to local time for time zone -0600. Maybe this wasn't meant to be a timetable at all, only a list of items.
