I'm participating at the Luxembourgish Web Awards again, and it has become a habit that I'm asking you to please vote for me. This is pretty much the only contribution I ask from you all year long, and it is a crucial one, since I'm up to some heavy competition. So please, everybody cast your vote now! If you like it, vote.
If you don't like it, don't vote.
But if you don't like it, why do you bother adding a comment, which surely takes more time than a simple vote or two. |

However, the voting setup gives you no assurance that your address and domain aren't being collected for SPAM. Until people get more sensitive on this issue and address such items on the first page with a Privacy declaration, I won't be putting in my info. I did see Christian's comment that nothing else would be done but it isn't his site I'm dealing with and he wouldn't be responsible for a false statement.
If someone can point out a privacy statement at the voting site, I would be glad to reconsider.

I know that in the previous three years, no further correspondence was sent, so I guessed it would be safe to assume the same for this year. Remember, these are incorporated companies in a country where the words "spam" are virtually unheard - ie., I have yet to receive a Luxembourgish spam from any company whatsoever. |

BTW, if anyone can suggest some links to webpages where I can learn more about Luxemburg it would be appreciated. Living in the world's second largest country has always made fascinated by physically small countries like Luxemburg. |
