OSOpinion have a nice article, entitled "Wanted: A Modern-Day Amiga". In it, they throw in a challenge for someone to create "a modern-day Amiga500" to fill the gap between PCs and consoles.

I think this article has voiced the desires of many people outside the current Amiga community. This is heartening to see since if Amiga play their cards right and get everything together on cue, there's going to a *lot* of people purchasing Amiga Ones.

In reply to Comment 3 (Richie):
Not quite. The mistake Apple always made was to put the motherboard in the monitor. It makes much more sense to put it in the keyboard, Amiga/Atari style. Then you have a big choice of monitors (including the TV), and there is less pressure to miniaturise the keyboard.

Don't be ignorant.
The only thing wrong with the athlon is the fact that it relies on Via for chipsets.
