Java for AmigaOS? : Comment 1 of 11 | ANN.lu |
Posted by Ryan E. A. Czerwinski on 13-Dec-2000 23:00 GMT | Though this product is not cancelled, we currentyl do not have enough Amiga software coders on hand to handle the task of completing it. If there are any qualified Amiga programmers out there that would be interested in working with us, please e-mail us at "Amiga@merlancia.com" with your resúme. Thanks.
Cheers,

AKA Dummy! :)
P.S. I NEED Disc Juggler on Amiga DE, I pray it is ported, was thinking about how much people want Adaptec ported, but really Adaptec don't do anything special, it don't have any special features like Nero and Disc Juggler have. That would be something to think about. |

What are the special feature of DiskJuggler?
(I mean aside from the reading the weird file format of its "raw"
CD images). |

Java for AmigaOS? : Comment 11 of 11 | ANN.lu |
Posted by deadpool on 17-Dec-2000 23:00 GMT | I belive it when i see it, not before. I mean look at Haage&Partners Merapi and
Nordicglobals Daytona. The only Java for Amiga that you can get is Kaffe, guavac and jikes.
Which I actually have used, although i cant get it to run again. I would love a real
jvm and jdk on Amiga but it dont seens like we will get it before we get AmigaOne.
Which really is the only reason for me to get one of those.
I like the idea of AROS better than Elate.
If it cant run on an Amiga and cant run Amiga programs then it isnt an AmigaOS. |
