Leon r. Tan writes: I bought Tornado3d V3.0 just before december 1999. On their website, they advertised with 'buy before the end of 1999 and receive a free update to V3.1, which has better Permedia2 support and almost native PPC support. So.... where is it? And where is their website? Looks like they have cheated on us, because I posted an article somewhere last year in ANN about this and they have never answered to us. I think that every Amigan surely reads the articles on ANN, so does this mean they don't even support Amiga anymore? Let's hear some other opinions, I am curious how many of you out there have similar problems. Thanks~!

I was once a true beliver in Tornado 3d and had great hopes for the company, but something went very wrong two years ago and little has been heard except for bitter complaints and bugs in the software. I work closely with them for a while and they seemed very excited about the product, but something happened, pirates broke the code and it was spread illegally and stuff, which probably help kill them off. I would love to see them come back and produce Tornado 3d for the DE, it really was neet sofware and had alot going for it.

What is mysterious is that they never said anything. I could
understand it if they made an announcement that "sorry, we did our
best but this isn't paying our bills anymore". But they just
disappeared..

I don't think they disappeared because of pirate copies. on the official mailing list they said they were still selling enough copies of t3d to go on working.
anyway i'm still curious to hear what happened to them, as they just disappeared leaving us a program with more bugs than features...

I'm amazed that they can sell any amount of such an unstable software... :/

And to think, when I complain about HiSOFT doing the same thing with IB, I get blasted by other Amiga users.

Dunno, I rarely have problems with IB here. Voyager, OTOH, is simply unusable...

In reply to Comment 6 (CCRider):
The only problems I see with IBrowse are with poorly coded JavaScript.
I get a crash maybe once a month where it freezes and such. Whenever I
do script, I always make sure its clean. Other than that I see it as the
most usable amiga browser out there. I sure wish they had the same
development schedule as Vapor do. Soon, Voyager will surpass IB if
