No, those are memory slots like on a PC motherboard and if you mean those white Intel like Socket 370 slots, I think those are for Amiga specific chips...

Wat you see are not 2 CPU slots. These are the north bridge and the south bridge which control PCI /AGP / UDMA ... The CPU connector is the largest brown connector at the opposite of the A1200 and ATX connector.
