From the fusion mailing list: Paul Lesurf, Blittersoft:
Blittersoft will be sending an update to all registered users of iFusion in the next day or two. "We inadvertantly placed a version of iFusion on the release CD that was not the latest one supplied by Microcode Solutions. Since discovering this, we have received an even newer version, which is the one that will be sent. This also includes an updater program. Please ensure you register your purchase as detailed on the release CD, or visit Blittersoft website."

Okay....so I finally get iFusion after paying for it some 18 months to
2 years ago....and what do I get, some kind of beta product.
What is missing:
1. Network support
2. Serial / Parallel port support
3. Sound support
4. SCSI support
5. BLITTER support (gfx update is horrible without this)
That's all I noticed *so far*
No problem thinks I...log onto the mailing list....and find that:
"There will be no update to iFusion Amiga anytime soon..." and that
"Blittersoft now own the rights...."
Well la di da, caught by the Drew v1.0 hype machine again (Caveat
Emptor?)
Frustrated and more than a little disappointed....
Steve

Sounds like you need to demand a full refund from Blittersoft, as the goods are NOT satisfactory and NOT what you were promised.
I'm just glad I gave up waiting and got a refund a while ago (I mean, who HONESTLY expected Drew to actually come up with the goods for the first time in his career?) :-/

No SCSI or Network support? To what degree is that?
I currently have the old 68k Fusion. Can IFusion
access my current mac partition? How about access to
my ariadne-ii & cablemodem?

Well, to be fair, if you read further, you see Blittersoft saying
they are committed to the Amiga version, there will be updates, they've
already sent out an updated version, etc. Maybe it's a good thing
Blittersoft bought it from Microcode? Still, after so long, I have to
wonder why it's a less complete product than Fusion. But then, an update
so soon suggests that at least someone is interested in finishing it
properly.

No, you probably wont't be able to use your network card, at least I haven't been able to find out where one could specify for the emulator which network device to use. When, in addition, you can't use your modem (no serial support) or your scsi devices (no scsi support), and the whole system is sluggish and unstable (probably due to the large amount of useless extensions in MacOS9. Any tips on what to remove, people?), it all turns out to be a bad deal. So much money, so little value... Unless a major update is just around the corner, I'm considering asking for my money back.

It's not an update, they put the wrong (older) version on the CD...

Oh come on!
Shurely the copy on the CD MUST be a really early version?! Why should the finished version of iFUSION lack all the things that FUSION-68k had, that doesn't make any sence?! Can't they just reuse the code? ;) I think you've been handed the wrong version. Also, what hardware are you running it on? Mind that MacOS 9x is rather sluggish, even on a fast G3 Mac with heaps of RAM :(.

Yeah, but it seems the update is a newer version than the one that was
