The Business Show 2001 is the largest showcase in Asia of office, information, and communications technologies. Sharp estimates that there were over 60.000 attendees at the show on this, the opening day of the show and when the show finishes on May 25th, an estimate of 400.000 people will have attented the show. Go here for pictures."

Waah! Now I want one, even if the keyboard sucks ;) [The stowing keyboard is a great idea, obviously, but s'no fun for one who types often... On that note, I urge anyone designing a PDA or laptop to scrounge an old Zenith MinisPort and check out the keyboard; a very simple design with a rubber 'cup' acting as a spring, which could scale down quite well and be less annoying to type on than my Psion 5...]
That said, some larger images, and screenshots of the chosen demos, are definitely required...

yeah, no doubt. Bigger pictures (and more of them) and some more information would be ver welcome .. :) But this is great, the Amiga is finally back in the mainstream...

Sure that it was already running AmigaDE and not Tao's Intent "only"?
Wasn't this planned only for later (this year?) when more things of
AmigaDE are ready.
In a post from 3 April 2001 a guy from Amiga Inc. said this on AMIOPEN
ML:

Sharp sells "intent" as a separate download for ~30$ (depending where the Yen is)
at the moment.
The Amiga stuff, including whatever anyone here codes, will be marketed as a
package by Amiga to Sharp, who will provide it to their end users via their own
download shop site (I don't know the specifics about who gets paid for what when
and under what model, Gary will tell you details when you go into NDA mode for
close talks on each your projects).
A later model is planned to carry "intent" plus the AmigaDE pre-installed, but
that'll take a few more things of AmigaDE to be ready (ACM, GUI, AmiGL, SHEEP,
and maybe some others).

Of course as the above message is almost 2 months old things might have
changed in the meantime.

In reply to Comment 6 (Georg Steger):
I remember Bill McEven saying that first AmigaDE based products should be available 30 May 2001.
But perhaps it is only some SW downloadable & buyable from somewhere...

Some close ups of the OS would have been nice. Perhaps a word processor and a web browser. Graphics apps and a few games would have been a nice touch also.

The information is correct. This page is about an earlier show.
