From the CyberGraphX homepage: "Here is a picture of CyberGraphX V4.3 (not out yet) driving 2 17" Monitors. On the left is a Voodoo4 based card gfx with Workbench running Visionary with TV/Video in the background. A quick peek at RadioX. Screen #2 is on a ViRGE based card and has AmIRC and AmigaAMP running, with the same TV/Video in the background. Both screens are 1024x768x16bit and watching 'The Arrival'."

Well, as far as I remember Amiga has been to handle two monitors since a long time, i.e. have two Amiga screens in two separate monitors. I know because I tried once, although I used both CGX and P96 software at the same time (using two Zorro GFX cards).
Expanding ONE screen to two monitors, ala Matrox G400, is another thing though ...

Easy to do multiple screens is the best thing about the Amiga. I personally use BVision and AGA. I soon hope to add a S3 Virge when I get another monitor.

Hell, my old CD32+SX1 could drive 3 screens at once!
Composite, S-VHS & RF.

Had a 4000T PowerTower with two PIV boards, one running Opus Magellan and the other running OS3.9. Both cards were driven with the same P96 drivers just tied to different boards. I can say this, a local network game of doomattack was a helluva lot of fun, especially when there was a Tocatta and a ConciertoIV both running in the same system to seperate speakers. I just wish I had pictures to back it up, I do have a few witnesses though.

its 2 monitors with 2 diferent screens running on one Amiga with 2 gfx
cards. like haveing Voyager on one monitor & workbench on Another
monitor at the same time.
useing Composite,RF,RGB, ect is not 2 or 3 diferent screens.
its one screen displayed on 3 monitors,TV, ect.. & every one being the
same as each
other.

Yes, the good taste in music for one thing, and the german football results on the 27th of October (heh, today!).
I want to know more about those ATi and NVidia drivers though (and what appears to be working Voodoo 4+5 drivers, and SiS drivers... and what is all that USB stuff? And those audio drivers?

What a joke!
So far for G-REX we have ONLY Voodoo3/4/5, SiS graphics
drivers and 10Mbit network. DCE only promise some drivers,
only those which Mediator users already have for a
long time and use.
Where are the drivers promised by DCE for TV cards,
Sound cards, 100MBit card, which were to be released
in March?
I have a G-REX for half year now and no new drivers!

Well you could see them on several fairs. I think the free CD Rom with
the new drivers will be released soon.

Did Elbox release their drivers on time? They were late for about
8 months. DCE did not promise drivers... they MADE drivers... The
drivers are ready for release and will be out really soon. G-Rex 4k D
buyers already get them on CD.

I thought that the G-Rex and the Predator (Eyetech) where the same, just two projects fused together.
So since the Ami-One was, is or will be based on the Predator-Plus (and escena brainstormer, if I'm correct) I wonder
if drivers for the G-Rex are kmore or less compatible with the Ami-One....
Would be cool.... Anyone have any idea (I mean as Eyetech would be involved in the G-Rex...)

In reply to Comment 14 (Mart):
Well, the G-Rex is a project developed by DCE using Phase 5's work.
Eyetech wanted to release a lowend version of Escena's Predator so
they rebranded the G-Rex. The Predator (AmigaONE now) has nothing to
do with the G-rex. The G-Rex drivers are compatible with all the
G-Rexes and the Pegasos.

That's not true. In Pianeta Amiga G-REX 4000D
were sold but without any CD with these drivers.

But The Grex drivers are compatible with Pegasos.

Is there anywhere website that handles multimonitor setups on Amigas??
It is very table space saving to be able to use several 15" LCD displays instead one 21" monster... or use those second hand 15" monitors that cost only $50.
15" LCD displays are soon cheap enough to be buyable. ;)

May I ask a question?
How come the teletext window has a different window's title font than the other ones? And how come the time showed in that window differs from the one showed by the clock at the bottom-left screen corner?
Just curious...

About the font, it is possible to have a different font on active
windows, all the inactive windows have the same font and the teletext
win is active.
I cannot say anything about the time.

Or:
- his clock goes wrong (a few days there was someone on the
Voyager ML who said that the latest beta timed out, well according to
the Date: header he lives in year 2044 ;-))
- you can save the teletext pages
btw: sat.1 is just the channel.
