there appears to be two bugs in it
1) always opens the prefs program when launched from wbstartup (it's not the usual
resave the prefs and it goes away)
2) mucks around with the colors (locking/unlocking system pens)

Just set the tooltype: CX_POPUP=NO for the magigmenu icon in your wbstartup
dir.
