Some great site updates for you, check it out: amigau.com

it took longer than we planned, but some good site updates for you:

1> new midi, jay miner, monzoom, C++, games, history pages and many new international news sites added;

2> slight color scheme changes to allow less 'squinting' - I had it my way for 2 years, time for a change :) ;

3> new samplitude opus archive/download mirror, thanks to the great guys at A.C.T. ;

4> site completely link checked and updated accordingly;

5> still looking for more mirror site and site archive opportunities - let us know if you want us to 'preserve' your site online for $$ or other reasons, no charge ;

enjoy!

That's what this form is for:

In reply to Comment 2 (Anonymous):
there is a link to MorphOS in the 'emulation' section:
http://www.amigau.com/c-amiga/emulation.htm
but yes, we could use more information in that regard, as well as a bit more on pci solutions for tower amigas. feel free to suggest some URLs and they'll get in the next run, no problem. and thanks for the heads up.

we nuked it for now but it will come back in the future. basically, because DaSixK already ported MySQL to the Amiga (and keeps porting new versions) why reinvent the wheel? while those guys probably started later than we did, they finished first and thus deserve the credit accordingly. Their page is linked from ours:

as to the amiga laptop project, after diligently researching case options to use with an a1200 motherboard, and investigating the hassle of dealing with LCD video displays, flicker fixers, etc. that are no biggie in desktop amigas but a real pain when you're not a mfr, we gave up and moved to using amithlon on a PC laptop, which offers nearly all we needed, and doesn't require winblows, like amiga forever (which we use anyway on work laptops that have winblows).
