This looks very cool but. Is there any program that uses it ?
Can this be inplemented into the whole system ? TrueType everywhere ? in WB/icons/menus ? That would enable us to get some ClearType-like font display.
And how fast is it ?

Not yet. However some developers of well known software are testing it.
> Can this be inplemented into the whole system?
Not without heavy graphics.library patching.
> And how fast is it ?
Just give it a try - some examples are included with the archive.

I don't know about this library, but you can use Truetype or postscript type1 fonts everywhere (icons, menus, buttons etc) There is tuetype and type1 fontengines in aminet. those work similarly to bullet.library so you can use Truetype on Type1 fonts ewerywhere where font can be selected and scalable fonts are allowed.

For using Truetype fonts in all programs, see the tutorial here:
http://www.kittycat.co.uk/computing/webfonts/
It's aimed mainly at Voyager users, but most of it applies to all
programs that accept fonts. There's a link to the Microsoft page where
you can download (free) the standard fonts used in web pages.
(Sometimes MS do something good.)
