btw. the amiga isn't strictly speaking 17, the first (real) amiga saw it's light
at the end of 1984 so the little blighter is actually turning 18 now

Actually, Amiga Corp was founded in Los Gatos CA in 1982....the first game related stuff was released in 1983...the first computer hardware was shown in 1984, the developer systems shipped in Dec 84/Jan 85...
So technically, Amiga is 20 now...but the Amiga computer is 17/18 depending on how you look at it...
