The Linux device drivers for the Catweasel have been updated. Read more for details of the URL and changes.
cwfloppy is a Linux device driver for the Catweasel Advanced Floppy Controller manufactured by Individual Computers. Changes: A bug in the previous release which kept Amiga writing from working was fixed. A section about the HD indicator hole problem has been added to the README. Upgrading is highly recommended, as the previous development release can destroy your Amiga disks when trying to write to them.

Posted by alan buxey on 21-Aug-2002 06:50 GMT | In reply to Comment 1 (Kjetil): http://linux-apus.sourceforge.net
the LATEST bootstrap (010623)
2.4.13-20011030 kernel (from the /snapshots directory of the site above)
and either WarpUP or PowerUP. I have a fully working WarpUP system, so use that
to test things, download the test ramdisk as well and then place all in the same
directory, uncompress the boothack and kernel image and then run
bootstrap --apus -k vmlinux -r ramdisk.image.gz root=/dev/ram
(this will use AGA output)
..to use the permediaII instead simply add the following to the end
video=pm2fb:mode:1024x768-60 video=amifb:off
this will open a 60Hz 1024x768 console on the CVisionPPC/BVisionPPC and
stop AGA gfx output (ideal for using the 56KHz audio modes - to allow 44.1/48
sound output)
