"As many of you will know, IBrowse has been without a proper home on the web for a while, until now. Obviously, this website is a bit minimal at the moment, but we are planning to address this situation soon. We are currently busy preparing IBrowse 2.3 (68K) for release - as yet we have no indication of a firm release date, but good progress is being made and we are doing our best to get IBrowse 2.3 ready for release a.s.a.p." In reply to Comment 1 (José):
It might be a good idea to say on the web page how you buy/register
IBrowse.
I hope it will support CSS soon. More and more sites are coming up
with invisible text, like the Amiga Antwhere site.

Please bear in mind that a third party decided to announce the site without asking us... We didn't announce it as there's nothing really there at the moment which warrants an announcement. As the site says, it is still under construction - ordering details will of course be added all in good time.

I didn't realise that. Life would be so much simpler if there were no
third parties. ;-)

Is this the full version of iBrowse, or does one still need registered keyfiles?

Yes, nothing has changed in this respect - you still need to register to obtain the full-featured version. IBrowse will not be turning freeware anytime soon.

Is there a feature list somewhere? Is CSS supported?

I only hope there'll be a real support for this product from now on because in the past there were just 2 updates or so in more than 2 years... too bad for a WEB browser that pretends to be modern and up-to-date . I hope things will change now...

No feature list at present - will be made available when IBrowse 2.3 is released. CSS support is planned for IBrowse 3.0.

Thanks.
Ok, concentrate on the features not lists at the moment :) Lists can come later I guess.

The main feature has to be 100% Javascript support. At least there are
plenty of JS-heavy sites out there now for testing. How about those
evil JS routines that try to find out what browser you are using, and
won`t let you view the page unless it`s IE?
I think for many users the other urgent thing is access to bank
accounts.
It is a very good thing that IBrowse is now being developed again. The
effort is much appreciated.

Does the browser's built-in register-function still... uh... function? After all, the site it was linked to would presumably have gone byebye with the disappearance of the previous support site.
Oh, wait a minnit! I get it! In this new version of iBrowse, you guys will have pointed the register-function to a NEW site, right?
