For more information on the ATI Radeon drivers this company is developing for inclusion with AmigaOS4, take a look here: http://amiga.org/modules/news/article.php?storyid=1340

I wish they could design Amiga's website too! What a gorgeous site forefront kids - respect!
BTW They're only developing the 2d side of the Radeon drivers, the 3D is being done elsewhere...(someone fill me in)

In reply to Comment 2 (dakang):
The 3D is handled by warp3d and Mesa.
Recently I understood that warp3d is perhaps compiled to native PPC for AOS4 but there most likely is no time to build Radeon 3D support into it, not untill later in 2003. If all radeon 3d features are going to be supported, the totall re-write of warp3d is needed...
I hope AOS4 support two GFX cards at the same time, so that I can have Voodoo3 in the PCI slot, doing all 3D acceleration and Radeon8500 on the AGP slot.

Yes that would be mostly Hyperion's job themselves.

On the Forefront-website, i cant read anything about the _3D_-driver
for the Radeon 7500/8500.
Makes Forefront just 2D-drivers?
Bill? Joshua?
