Crossfire II is finished and will start selling at the ARC 2002. It should also be available via any Amiga dealer soon. A demo version will be available in a few days, but maybe not before the exposition. Crossfire II is a 2D shooter. It features both a atmospheric single player campaign as well as freestyle multiplayer action. It works on classic Amigas (030, 16MB Ram, AGA), AmigaPPC (WarpOS) and Amithlon. MorphOS support is worked on ATM. CFII supports gfx boards (a special HiColor version), sound boards (via AHI), 4 player adapters and much more.

For more information, visit www.dreamworlds.de. But beware, the site is outdated. We're working on a new site ATM.

In reply to Comment 7 (Björn Hagström):
@Björn
Don't confuse this with a standard shoot'em up, Björn. I haven't seen the
features of the new site, of course, but what was planned for CFII (long time ago)
was instead more of a "Wingcommander 2D" thingie, with a campaign, missions,
escorting other craft and all that goes into that concept.Very cool. Lets hope
they haven't changed that idea in the meantime - they have been quiet for so
long...

Taken from their website:
"The game will be published by APC&TCP about 4th quarter of 2000."
Heh... this is what I call punctuality... ;-)
Hey, don't get me wrong, better late than never!! :)
Let's just hope the game itself is as good as the gfx are...

Yes, the Website is more the obsolete. We're currently working on a complete redesign. I hope to get it online within the next week.
A demo will be out then, too.
Bye, Stefan.

Will you still be able to make your own levels easily in a paintprogram like
in XFire 1?
